Not Too Loud – You know we said that the WG779 is as easy as a kitchen appliance to start? Well, it's about as loud as one too.But on top of that it is nicely designed so that when the handles are folded over and secured into position, you can stand it up vertically so that it takes up less space in your garage or shed. Great If You’re Short on Storage Space – As we already mentioned at the outset of this Worx WG779 review, this mower isn’t very big, which certainly helps when it comes to storage. That's one thing you can't complain about when you choose to go electric. It's as easy to fire up as your kitchen appliances. You push a button and hold down the lever.

No Hassle to Start – Just as the assembly is straightforward, so too is the start-up process. If you follow that philosophy you’ll likely be happy with how it performs. The Worx WG779 does a decent job at cutting grass if it’s only “maintenance cutting” and not “rescue operation” cutting. Don’t think it’s going to be able to carve through tall grass the same way or not bog down in thicker grass. But if you’re moving to this from a gas mower, that’s where you need to be careful.

Now this is why I think it’s good if you’re transitioning from a manual push mower to this, as you’ll already be used to having to keep on top of your mowing and the power this thing has will actually be a bit of an upgrade. The thing is, you have to respect that this thing doesn’t pack the same kind of power as a gas mower.

And that's a big deal for a lot of folks, who perhaps aren’t built to muscle a heavier mower around the yard, even if it does an outstanding job.
